Council for Geoscience STAKEHOLDER SATISFACTION SURVEY QUESTIONNAIRE 2023

The objectives underlying the establishment of the Council for Geoscience (CGS) are to develop and publish world-class geoscience knowledge products and to render geoscience-related services to the South African public and industry. The CGS works with a wide variety of stakeholders nationally and internationally, and as such it is committed to improving and strengthening partnerships with all its stakeholders and clients to accomplish its mandate. Stakeholders’ needs, expectations and perceptions change with time. In this survey, the CGS seeks to measure the level of satisfaction of stakeholders on the products and services offered by the organisation and on its governance.

As a valuable stakeholder, you are kindly requested to participate in this stakeholder satisfaction survey which will aid the organisation improve its services. The survey will take about 10 minutes of your time. No person will benefit or be disadvantaged for participating in this survey. The information provided in this survey will be treated with utmost confidentiality and anonymity.

Calorb Consultancy has been appointed to objectively conduct this survey on behalf of the CGS. Stakeholders are invited to objectively participate in the survey by responding to the following questionnaire as honestly as possible.
